1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 By purchasing a ticket or entering the Stardom Wave Launch Party ("the Event"), you ("Guest") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all attendees, staff, and invited guests.
1.2 Stardom Wave ("the Organizer") reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual from the Event at any time without refund if these terms are violated.
1.3 All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organizer.

2. AGE & IDENTIFICATION
2.1 This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. Guests who cannot produce valid ID will be refused entry without refund.
2.2 Accepted forms of ID include: U.S. Driver's License, State ID, Passport, or Military ID. Expired IDs will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. SECURITY & SAFETY
3.1 The Event is protected by armed professional security personnel on-site at all times. All security staff are licensed and authorized to operate in the state of California.
3.2 All guests are subject to a mandatory security screening upon entry, including bag checks and/or pat-downs. Refusal to comply will result in denied entry without refund.
3.3 Security decisions are final. Guests asked to leave by security or staff must comply immediately or law enforcement will be contacted.

4. STRICTLY PROHIBITED ITEMS & CONDUCT — ZERO TOLERANCE
4.1 Weapons of any kind — including but not limited to firearms, knives, blades, brass knuckles, tasers, pepper spray, or any object intended to cause harm — are absolutely prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed and reported to law enforcement.
4.2 Gang paraphernalia of any kind — including colors, insignia, patches, hand signs, or any clothing or accessories identified as gang-affiliated — is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry at its sole discretion.
4.3 Fighting, violence, or physical altercations of any kind are absolutely prohibited. This includes pushing, shoving, threatening behavior, or inciting others to engage in violence. Violators will be immediately removed and law enforcement will be contacted.
4.4 Verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation of other guests, staff, or security personnel is prohibited and grounds for immediate removal.
4.5 Illegal substances of any kind are prohibited on the premises. Any guest found in possession of illegal drugs will be removed and reported to law enforcement immediately.

5. ALCOHOL POLICY — PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY
5.1 Alcohol service is available to guests 21+ with valid ID. The Organizer and venue staff will not serve alcohol to guests who appear visibly intoxicated.
5.2 Excessive drinking is not permitted. Guests who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or unable to care for themselves will be removed from the Event for their own safety and the safety of others.
5.3 Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly, stay hydrated, and arrange safe transportation in advance. Stardom Wave does not condone drunk driving.
5.4 Outside alcohol is not permitted into the venue. Any outside beverages will be confiscated at the door.

6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
6.1 By attending the Event, you grant Stardom Wave a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness in any photos or video captured at the Event for promotional purposes.
6.2 Professional recording equipment (DSLRs, video cameras, boom mics) is not permitted without prior written approval from the Organizer.

7. LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
7.1 Guests attend the Event at their own risk. Stardom Wave and its affiliates are not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property during the Event.
7.2 Stardom Wave reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or public safety concerns.
7.3 In the event of cancellation by the Organizer, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

AGREEMENT
By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are effective as of the date of purchase.
