1. MEDIA RECORDING & PUBLIC USE CONSENT Attendee understands and acknowledges that the Event will be recorded, photographed, and documented by professional videographers, photographers, and media personnel. Attendee irrevocably grants TagTeam, its affiliates, sponsors, partners, and assigns the unrestricted right to: Record, photograph, and capture Attendee’s image, likeness, voice, name, and appearance Use, reproduce, edit, distribute, publish, and display such content in perpetuity Use the content for commercial, promotional, advertising, editorial, social media, and marketing purposes across all platforms now known or later developed Attendee waives any right to: Inspect or approve finished media Receive compensation, royalties, or credit Make claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity related to such use 2. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE Attendee agrees that any non-public information disclosed, observed, or obtained at the Event—including but not limited to private conversations, business dealings, brand partnerships, guest identities, unreleased products, or behind-the-scenes operations—shall be treated as confidential. Attendee agrees not to record, disclose, distribute, or publish confidential or proprietary information without prior written consent from TagTeam or the applicable party. 3. PROPERTY DAMAGE & PERSONAL LIABILITY Attendee accepts full responsibility for their conduct while attending the Event. Attendee agrees to be financially liable for any property damage, loss, or destruction caused by Attendee or their guests, whether intentional or accidental, including but not limited to: Venue property Furniture, fixtures, décor, equipment Sponsor installations or displays Attendee authorizes the Event Host to seek reimbursement or charge applicable costs related to damages. 4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, or incidental damages. Attendee releases and holds harmless TagTeam, sponsors, partners, venue owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising from attendance, participation, or presence at the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. 5. NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY Attendee understands that this is a public-facing event and that there is no expectation of privacy while on Event premises. 6. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held, without regard to conflict of law principles. 7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE By attending the Event, signing below, or entering the premises, Attendee confirms that they: Have read and fully understand this Agreement Agree to be legally bound by its terms Are at least 18 years of age (or attending with legal guardian consent)
