Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket or attending The Clean Bean Marketplace on October 18, 2025, at 1 Hotel West Hollywood, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. 2. Photography & Media Release 2.1 The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional, marketing, and documentation purposes. 2.2 By attending, you grant The Clean Bean Market, its partners, and affiliates the right to use your image and likeness, as well as the image and likeness of any minors in your care, in perpetuity, without compensation. 2.3 If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify an event staff member upon arrival. 3. Liability Waiver 3.1 Participation in all event activities, including but not limited to children’s play areas, arts & crafts, wellness sessions, and food or beverage sampling, is voluntary and at your own risk. 3.2 The Clean Bean Market, 1 Hotel, and all participating partners shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, allergic reaction, or loss/damage to personal belongings occurring during the event. 4. Children’s Supervision 4.1 Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. 4.2 Event staff and volunteers are not responsible for providing childcare or direct supervision of minors. 5. Food & Beverage Sampling 5.1 Samples may contain common allergens. 5.2 It is the responsibility of attendees to review labels and consult directly with brand representatives before consuming any food or beverage products. 6. Ticket Policy 6.1 All tickets are final sale, non-refundable. 6.2 Entry is valid only with proof of purchase and may be subject to ID verification. 7. Event Changes 7.1 The Clean Bean Market reserves the right to modify programming, participating brands, event activities, or scheduling at its discretion and without prior notice. 8. Health & Safety 8.1 Attendees must comply with all venue and local health and safety regulations in effect at the time of the event. 8.2 The Clean Bean Market reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who does not comply with these regulations. 9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
