Poppies Studios Launch Party – Filming & Liability Waiver
By attending the Poppies Studios Launch Party (“Event”) on October 10, 2025, you (“Guest”) agree to the following terms:
1. Filming & Photography Release
This event will be photographed and filmed for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. By entering the event space, you grant Poppies Studios, LLC, its partners, and sponsors the unrestricted right to record, photograph, and otherwise capture your likeness, voice, and performance during the Event.
You agree that these materials may be used, published, displayed, distributed, and modified worldwide, in any media (now known or later developed), without additional notice, approval, credit, or compensation.
2. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that attending the Event is voluntary and may involve risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or other incidents. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own safety and well-being while on the premises and during the Event.
3. Liability Waiver & Release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, release, and discharge Poppies Studios, LLC, its owners, partners, employees, contractors, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event.
This includes, without limitation, claims for personal injury, illness (including exposure to contagious diseases), property damage, theft, or any other loss — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
4. Indemnification & Personal Responsibility
You agree to be personally responsible for your actions at the Event and to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Poppies Studios, LLC from any claims or damages resulting from your conduct, negligence, or failure to follow Event rules.
5. Alcohol & Cannabis Consumption
Alcoholic beverages and cannabis may be made available at the Event. By attending, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to consume responsibly. You assume full responsibility for your consumption choices and any resulting effects.
Poppies Studios reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and is not responsible for any consequences of alcohol or cannabis use, including impairment, illness, accidents, or injuries that may occur during or after the Event.
6. Agreement to Terms
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions, and you accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your attendance.
