CIROC x KALO EVENT LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE

This Liability Waiver and Release (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned attendee (“Participant”) in connection with attendance at the Cîroc x Kalo event (“Event”), hosted by Cîroc Vodka in partnership with Kalo, Inc. (“Kalo”) and PizzaSlime (collectively, the “Brand”).

Assumption of Risk
    Participant acknowledges that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, alcohol-related incidents, and other unforeseen hazards. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with attendance and participation.
Release of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant releases, waives, and discharges Cîroc Vodka, Kalo, Inc., PizzaSlime, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and venue operators (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to Participant’s attendance at the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Alcohol Consumption
    Participant acknowledges that alcohol may be served at the Event and agrees to consume responsibly. Participant confirms they are of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States) and will not operate any vehicle under the influence. The Released Parties are not responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from Participant’s consumption of alcohol.
Health & Safety Compliance
    Participant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and instructions provided by Event staff, including safety protocols and security measures. Kalo reserves the right to remove any Participant for unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Medical Treatment Authorization
    Participant consents to receive medical treatment deemed necessary in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Event and agrees to be responsible for any resulting costs.
Media Release
    Participant grants Cîroc, Kalo, PizzaSlime, and their partners the right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute Participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and content captured at the Event for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without compensation.
Property & Personal Belongings
    Participant is solely responsible for their personal belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Indemnification
    Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from Participant’s actions, negligence, or failure to comply with this Agreement.
Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Acknowledgment & Acceptance
    By signing below, attending the Event, or checking the acceptance box during RSVP or registration, Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Agreement.
