By attending, participating in, or entering the premises of this event (“Holiday Drive”), you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Assumption of Risk Attendees understand that automotive events involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle movement, noise, crowds, and environmental conditions. By participating or being present, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event. 2. Liability Waiver The event organizers, hosts, partners, vendors, and property owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, losses, theft, or accidents that occur before, during, or after the event. Attendees agree to release and hold harmless all Event Entities from any claims, demands, or legal actions arising from attendance or participation. 3. Zero Tolerance for Drinking & Driving We do not condone, support, or allow drinking and driving. Any attendee who is impaired or suspected to be impaired will be asked to leave immediately. Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring they have a safe and sober ride home. Rideshare usage is strongly encouraged. 4. Conduct & Safety Rules • No burnouts, racing, reckless driving, or unsafe vehicle operation. • No violence, harassment, or disorderly behavior. • All attendees must follow event staff instructions at all times. • Any violation of safety rules may result in removal from the event without refund. 5. Photography & Media Release By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Event Entities may use this media for promotional purposes across digital and physical platforms without further permission or compensation. 6. Property Damage Attendees are responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles, venue property, equipment, vendor booths, or other attendees’ belongings. 7. Vendor Compliance Vendors must comply with all event guidelines. Vendors are independently responsible for their products, services, licenses, and insurance. 8. Donations & Charity Transparency Any donation collected at the event-whether monetary or in-kind-will be allocated as disclosed through official event communications. Donations are voluntary unless otherwise specified. 9. Refusal of Entry The event reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee, at any time, for behavior deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive. 10. Acceptance of Terms By entering the event space, purchasing a ticket, registering, or participating in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms outlined above.
